Our system integration arm offers a quality application development service covering everything from backbone business systems to IT communications solutions, primarily for private industry and nursing and welfare service providers. We take the time to get to know your business and design IT strategies that are consistent with your needs and requirements.
The ICT arm of Uchida Yoko started out in 1961 with the release of the first compact electronic computer produced entirely within Japan, known as the USAC. Today, the focus remains squarely on business applications and services. More recently we have expanded into productivity solutions such as cloud-based services and smartphone and tablet communication systems. With our extensive experience and expertise, we have established a solid reputation for IT solutions designed to drive reform and growth.

  • Application development

    Uchida Yoko supplies corporate clients and nursing care and welfare service providers with backbone systems and other tailored applications.

    Super Cocktail Series ERP* mission critical systems

    The Super Cocktail Duo Series ERP package for small and medium businesses was launched in 1997 and has proven highly successful, with over 4,000 installations to date. The series includes variations tailored specifically to the food, chemicals and logistics industries. The premium ERP package, Super Cocktail Innova, offers a number of additional features as standard, including support for cloud-based applications, multiple languages and currencies, and workflow management.

    * ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
    is a technique for driving administrative efficiency and resource optimization through integrated monitoring and allocation of all the resources of the organization, including personnel, fund, equipment, materials and data. The term ERP is also used to refer to software packages that implement ERP methodologies.
    Kizuna Series administration system for welfare facilities

    The Kizuna Series is a backbone administration package developed specifically for nursing care and welfare service providers. It was launched in 1996 and is currently in operation at over 1,500 facilities. The Kizuna Series is designed to improve administrative efficiency, enhance service standards and promote efficient and effective management of aged care homes and facilities for disabled people through enhanced data sharing with users.

    The backbone system represents the foundation of the organization and as such it is most important that it be optimized to the needs of the organization and the manner in which it operates. The ICT arm of Uchida Yoko is an independent IT service provider and accredited partner to a wide range of companies, providing system integration services to facilitate corporate innovation and growth. Through our partnerships with Uchida Yoko IT Solutions, a member of the Uchida Yoko IT services group, and around 100 SI vendors in Japan and around the world, we supply system integration services on a nationwide scale.

  • Technical support and system maintenance

    Uchida Esco offers a range of tailored solutions combining professional and technical expertise in a variety of fields including network design and installation, system development, computer operation and maintenance, system-level maintenance and office layout design.

  • Networking and communication

    Modern companies need to provide a workplace environment that encourages effective communication among employees. Not only does collaboration deliver genuine benefits for the organization, it helps individuals to be more productive in their own right and promotes a healthy work-life balance. Uchida Yoko provides a comprehensive package of solutions encompassing cloud-based communication platforms for effective information sharing and utilization as well as the design, evelopment and operation of secure network platforms. We also help corporate clients to design more adaptable workplaces that use ICT solutions (particularly tablets and IoT) to accommodate more flexible approaches to work. The communication platform is based on Microsoft SharePoint with support for the SmartAmigo internal SNS system and Cybozu groupware products. This is complemented by a comprehensive ICT environment encompassing solutions such as the cloud-based meeting system SmartRooms, entry and exit management, IP Voice, and paperless and web-based meeting applications.

  • Software licensing

    Launched in 1995, Uchida Spectrum supplies software licensing services to corporate clients along with localized best practice services from Insight (formerly Software Spectrum), our global partner in the United States. We also provide consulting on software procurement, software asset management (SAM) packages and other technologies, as well as procurement and reporting using the Web Procurement System, central buying BPO at the global level and cloud-based software asset management using SAM. In addition, Uchida Spectrum provides a comprehensive range of software life cycle management services predicated on compliance and TCO optimization.
